The primary mission of Bessaco is to assist business owners in properly setting up their business (including the paperwork), and in providing a framework that allows them to understand the practical side of running a business. This includes assisting in everything from how to make smart decisions about entity formation (which may impact tax liability, future operations, and even a possible exit strategy), to partnership considerations, so owners don't find themselves painted into a corner later on. We can set up your entity quickly and correctly. If you need to reconfigure your existing business, we can do that too.

We are a Registered Agent in Mississippi

We serve as Registered Agent only for businesses in the state of Mississippi. Our goal is to ensure MS businesses file their state reports accurately and on time (we don’t “rubber stamp” an old annual report; it’s important to supply the Secretary of State with current information).

The registered agent serves as the official point of contact for legal documents, tax notices, government notices and other important correspondence from the state.
